Qualified candidates will demonstrate a history of effective cultivation, administration, and technical mastery.
The position will require an ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with senior management to effectively administer programs and directives as requested by senior management.
Excellent communication skills, and effective leadership are key to the position, in addition to a deep background in cannabis cultivation techniques related to Integrated Pest Management, Nutrient Management, Crop Planning, Disease Diagnosis Prevention and Treatment, and Facility Infrastructure Design and Maintenance.
